District Pre-Sales Project Manager

Working in collaboration with the Sales team, the Pre-Sales Project Manager will work closely with the Project Operations team, Solutions Architects and Procurement to strike the balance between a competitive and innovative bid, whilst ensuring the delivery risk is mitigated.

Responsibilities of this role will include review sale estimate, tender/contract responses and create project deliverables such as labour estimation, subcontractor scope, and project delivery structure/methodology, an operational risk assessment and contractual terms and conditions that form part of the tender submission.

The person will also be responsible for assisting with transitioning the sales opportunity to the delivery project manager, and may be called upon to play a part in the delivery of the project.

The District Project Advisor will also help to provide ongoing price benchmarking through the analysis of previous bids and delivered projects to identify improvements and innovations that can be used in new bids.

Overall the person will be a key player in improving our order/win conversion rate, minimising risk and helping to ensure delivery of the project is to the highest possible standard whilst mitigating any negative deviation.
