CrownePlaza Adelaide is currently looking for

a Full Time Food & Beverage DutyManager to join our team.

Reporting

to the Restaurant Manager, you'll be an enthusiastic and approachable person who

has a 'hands-on-approach' and the ability to coordinate the daily service

delivery across our Redsalt Restaurant& Bar and Room Service.

You'll

play a key role in the delivery of our superior

branded guest service experience and will respond to guest

needs and issues as they arise. You will supervise, direct and

support the Food & Beverage teams with their daily activities, knowledge, development

and engagement across both the breakfast and dinner service periods.

Qualifications

For this vital role, we’re

looking for someone who can:

  • You'll be an approachable person and have a real passion for providingconnecting and seamless service to ensure a memorable guest experience

  • Dynamic,vibrant, confident and professional personality

  • Atleast 2 - 3 years experience within a HotelFood & Beverage or Restaurant leadership position

  • Advancedbarista skills, including coffee art capability

  • Extensivebeer, wine and cocktail knowledge

  • à la carte dining experience

  • Previousexposure to managing rostering requirements

  • A working knowledge of a point of sale systemsuch as Micros

  • Acurrent South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification

  • Superiorcommunication skills - both written and verbal

  • Detailorientated

  • Highstandard of personal presentation

  • Theflexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends andpublic holidays

  • Youmust also meet the legal requirements to work in this country
