*What is the role? *

Based in Adelaide and working in our Field Services division you will provide technical support to our customers including product based information, professional maintenance services and technical site analysis. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will responsible for supervision and coordination of on-site and workshop service activities Specific responsibilities will include but limited to:

  • Leading a team of technical specialists, ensuring customer requests are handled in a timely manner
  • Ensure a safe working culture is maintained, ensure equipment & tools are functional, calibrated and available for services delivery
  • Drive successful / timely completion assigned workload with the team to compete jobs Manage hours, overtime, expenses and travel for technicians and P&L; for all field service activities
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management as well as service reports and customer documentation and preparation of contract variations
  • Support requests for warranty inspections and rectification

  • Highly developed customer service skills and experience
  • Team player approach;
  • Available for on call rotating roster (Mandatory)
