Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external recruitment activities placing priority on filling key roles in line with agreed globalprocesses and Service Level Agreements

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 30 roles in parallelwithin Digital Delivery with stakeholders in different locations locally and globally

  • Manage end to end recruitment for experienced hires Consultant to Senior Manager level

  • Design and execute sourcing for priority talent initiatives (both proactively and reactively as required)

  • Network to build, manage and maintain a pipeline of external talent taking full advantage of digital and social channels

  • In conjunction with the HR Talent Manager, develop sourcing methods to find the best drivers of talent, including but not limited to social channels, networking, direct sourcing, internet recruiting, data mining, advertising, employee referrals, competitor contacts and third party vendors /partners

  • Manage candidate relationships and communicating the Accenture employment value proposition to prospective hires

  • Build and manage strong relationships internally, with vendors, hiring managers and candidates

  • Present articulately on stakeholder calls with limited timeframes to present key outcomes and call for support with key actions

  • Build stakeholder credibility through accurate weekly updates

  • Gain stakeholder trust via transparent communication,timely escalations for support,and ability to identify and work through bottlenecks in process to achieve business outcomes

  • Educate stakeholders on how to navigate policy and compliance issues

Preferred Skills

  • Specialist recruitment experience in Digital Delivery space with candidatenetworks in the Adobe development, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, space in particular

  • Ability to work in a virtual team across a number of geographies Exposure to and understanding of monitoring service quality and deliver against requirements within given SLAs

  • Advanced knowledge of standard software packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet)

  • Experience using applicant tracking tools & workflow

  • Experience recruiting for a consulting organisation or Digital agency/service provider

  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand business priorities and how these relate to recruitment priorities

  • Good time, workload management& organization skills, able to multi-task & prioritize in order to meet deadlines

  • Ability to think ahead to next steps in process and anticipate next steps to solve problems

  • Strong communications skills to clearly set expectations on candidates and clients

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience of managing end to end recruitment in client facing in house recruitment or equivalent agency environment

  • Qualified to a higher educational level (highest schooling qualification prior to & including university)

  • Understand local labour employment law & legislation

  • Have a proven track record of delivering high quality hires with strong hiring manager & candidate satisfaction in an environment that requires attention to detail across process and compliance

  • Previous experience in a role with the responsibilities below
