As part of our resources team, you will work with key industry players in the Energy, Natural Resources, Chemicals and Utilities sectors around the world. Accenture Resources Our Resources Group brings together people with first-class consultancy skills and specialist industry expertise. You will work with clients in the utilities, chemicals, energy (oil and gas), forest products, metals and mining industries. To join us here you’ll need the sharp thinking to develop innovative strategies, improve operations and reduce risk while offering solutions that span he entire energy value chain. Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process. Qualifications: Role Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ proven Organisational Change Management/ Learning and Collaboration/ Human Resource Transformation experience (experience from other consulting organisations highly desirable)

Experience working within the Resources industry, is highly desirable.

Must be able to travel, as project work is conducted on client premises

Experience and aptitude to work within demanding project environments

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

Demonstrated ability to manage small teams and/or work effort within a consulting organisation or industry

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Analytical and conceptual strategic thinking

Ability to develop impactful business presentations

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work effectively with ambiguity, being flexible to changes in approach or direction, as required

Proficiency in MS Office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel
