Role Requirements

Key responsibilities:

Working with our clients to identify and analyse complex business challenges in the Human Resources Management area and to develop a strategic approach to address those challenges.

Design of HR capabilities (strategy, organisation, processes, and technology) to support business strategies and objectives.

Assessing change requirements to the client’s organisation and people based on the designed solutions and contributing to develop an end-to-end change management approach and plan to support the transition to the future state. Qualifications: Preferred skills & qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Human Resources Management area across the lifecycle of a project

Must be able to travel, as project work is conducted on client premises

Experience working within the Resources industry, is highly desirable

Bachelor’s Degree is essential.

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Ability to negotiate and influence to achieve a successful outcome

Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking
