Role Requirements

We are looking to hire a team of experienced Automation Developers and Architects across multiple levels ranging from consultants to managers to join our rapidly expanding team of RPA & Intelligent Automation Professionals. You will be responsible to develop intelligent automation of processes and work on projects using Robotics Process Automation Software with market leading software such as Blueprism, Automation Anywhere, and UI Path.

As part of the Intelligent automation team, you will be responsible to enable enterprises to innovate and evolve by increasing their agility, reducing the complexity of systems and operations, accelerating their time to market, and creating the ability to experiment continually with new products and services.

Responsibilities include (not limited to) :

  • Working on one or more projects and programs for Accenture or its clients in the Robotics Process Automation space across multiple industries

  • Managing the end to end project life cycle including the Solution, plan, deliver and execute stages.

  • Partner with the clients through the automation journey

  • Managing medium projects with complexity and/or multiple medium to small projects depending on the role you are being considered for.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum 12 months working with and consulting to deliver customer RPA engagements

  • An experienced practitioner in completing RPA projects using Robotics Process Automation Software with market leading software such as Blueprism, Automation Anywhere, and UI Path.

  • Accredited in at least one RPA Software Technology as defined by the RPA Software Vendor [e.g. Blueprism]

  • Experience in the use and application of Agile Delivery Methods

  • Coding skills using modern software languages such as Java, Javascript, node.js, HTML, and .NET

  • Mentoring skills to train others in the use and application of RPA Technologies

  • Experience with Cognitive Computing, AI, Intelligence Engineering, and Analytics

  • Experience in business process design, lean methods, and the analysis of business processes
