Relationship Development

  • Collaborate to understand the bedrock that drives the customers decision making process

  • Spend time in-venue during peak trading times

  • Provide industry or business relevant information the customer will value

  • Learn everything you can about the customer and their business

Commercial Capability

  • Communicate commercial scenarios linked to BFA / Customer strategies

  • Commercial scenarios linked to core decision-making triggers

  • Present insights to support your case and increase customer engagement

Product and Technical Knowledge

  • Maintain a high level of B-FA brand portfolio and technical drinks knowledge

  • Deliver external brand training sessions

  • Understand and recommend new concepts to the customer

  • Understand basic drink making processes and skills

Communication and Collaboration

  • Present in an engaging and informative manner to customers

  • Construct meaningful business dialogue during calls using structured questioning strategies

  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure emerging trends, consumer behaviors and competitive activity are communicated

Territory, Account & Time Management

  • Build territory plans that delivers both qualitative and quantifiable objectives

  • Pre-plan a minimum of 3 objectives for each sales call

  • Efficiently and effectively manage time to deliver objectives

  • All accounts to be called on / contacted as required

  • Seek new business via planned and prepared cold-calling

Sales Administration

  • Evaluate territory and account plans within set timings

  • Activate and evaluate brand activations within set timings and budgets

  • Review territory sales reports to highlight areas of opportunity and concern

  • Analyse data - extract commercial and consumer insights to develop new strategies

  • General internal account maintenance

Must Requirements:

  • Experience within the on premise channel

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in a selling environment

  • Experience in key account management

  • Commercially astute

  • Tertiary qualification in a business related field
