Hatch runs an annual Vacation Student Program offering students the opportunity to gets some hands on industry experience.The Hatch Vacation Program 2017/2018 commences effective Monday, 20 November 2017 through until Friday, 9 February 2018. Students generally work 40 hours per week over 5 days however committing to vacation employment doesn't necessarily mean making a commitment for the full summer vacation. Employment can be offered for all or part of the normal vacation period.Hatch has a shutdown period over Christmas from 22 December 2017 through until 5 January 2018.

This position is suitable for those students with an interest in pursuing a career in Project Management & Construction

Vacation Work duties may include:

  • Engineering design & project work

  • Research projects

  • Site visits

  • General administrative duties
