Job Summary

We have an unique opportunity for a self-motivated and proactive Corporate Receptionist to join our AECOM team to provide administrative and business support to our Canberra office.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls including meeting and greeting of visitors

  • Draft and deploy weekly project and team communication updates

  • Offer assistance to the administration team on an ad-hoc basis

  • Close out and archive project files/documents appropriately

  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings

  • Maintain stocks of stationery, kitchen items and place orders as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Substantial relevant work experience in a similar role

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Ability to liaise, consult and negotiate with staff at all levels achieving outcomes within the organisation and with external clients

  • Organised with the ability to prioritise coordinate and manage several tasks simultaneously

  • Qualifications in Business Administration would be preferable but not essential
