An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate CRM Marketing Manager to join our Diabetes Care Division on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing world-class, successful, highly measurable CRM plans, as well as strategies and tactics to support entire consumer lifetime value including traffic generation, user acquisition, engagement & loyalty, in partnership with our APAC and Global teams.

We are looking for candidates with at least four years of CRM experience gained at a country, regional or global level for a reputable consumer brand or a reputable agency. You must possess technical CRM and analytical competency and knowledge including CRM planning and tactical execution, Customer Lifecycle Management and cohort segmentation and data strategy experience across 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data.

The main aspects of this role include:

  • In partnership with APAC and Global, drive the planning and implementation of a world-class CRM platform and program in Australia

  • Define/refine segmentation and testing strategies both within and across multiple digital engagement channels to ensure customer database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities to optimize marketing spend and maximize consumer revenue

  • Create automated triggers based on customer purchase behaviours, as well as content for a user-friendly marketing learning agenda that is aligned to the needs of the business, the end user, and brand

  • In partnership with Customer Experience Manager, develop Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organization and maximizing loyalty opportunities

  • Define a holistic set of marketing metrics for Australia that allows for measurement and optimization at each stage along the path-to-purchase, in partnership with APAC. Report on these metrics through dashboard creation and internal communication of results and insights, and continuously optimize CRM program from these results and insights

  • Work with business and technology stakeholders, service providers and agencies to gather functional and technical requirements and optimize day-to-day operations; ensure data meets functional requirements, system compliance and interface specifications working closely with corporate IT

  • Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands, safety and ethical standards

  • Additional Consumer Marketing duties as needed; we are a quickly evolving company with a small and efficient team so be ready to pitch in wherever needed

Skills/Experience required:

  • Post-graduate or tertiary qualifications for Marketing Management, Quantitative Methods, Econometrics, Economics or Decision Sciences from a reputable university

  • AGILE training with SCRUM/Kanban exposure

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud, Synthesio (analytics), MS Dynamics and the Adobe suite is advantageous

  • Exposure to digital media, social and on and offsite analytics

  • Working knowledge of buyer behavior, path to purchase or decision science models

  • Data-driven marketing exposure including use or knowledge of marketing technologies

  • Experience in Medical Devices industry and/or working across markets would be an added advantage

  • Strategic, organized, detail-oriented, and results-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
