Lead and drive programs for Channel Partners ie promoting partners from a Authorized tier to Gold, Platinum or Titanium level
GOTO person for all Channel Programs for ANZ.
Strong collaborative and organization agility to align the APJ Channel programs to the ANZ channel sales strategy and activities.
Drive adoption, tracking and reporting on all aligned and rolled out Channel programs.
This role requires strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Drive consistency of the processes by following APJ aligned guidelines for all Channel Programs.
Work with ANZ Partner Resource Desk to drive for greater partners experience on Channel Programs.
Organize Channel Enablement & Channel Programs related Partners events in partnership with ANZ Channel Marketing wherever possible. Thus will require the person to work with event/marketing agencies.
Responsible for ensuring timely launch, tracking, reporting and success of all aligned Channel programs in ANZ.
Work with ANZ Channel Sales and Operations teams to drive through all APJ aligned channel programs. One of the key responsibility to driving a high percentage of ANZ’s metal tier partners to passing the year end tier audit. Will be required to leverage the Metal Tier Partners Performance dashboards and all other dashboards to drive through this responsibility.
Work with ANZ Channel Marketing to align all needed communications ANZ Channel Programs: Internally and Externally.
Responsible for the maintenance of the ANZ ’s Partners’ Resource Desk. Need to ensure timely response to all queries ie 24 business hours.
Provide timely reporting of ANZ’s Channel Programs’ KPIs
Drive adoption of industry channel best practices and usage of channel APJ platforms and systems
Manage, identify process, systems and infrastructure gaps and collaborate with cross functional and APJ teams to drive resolution and innovative solutions
8+ years of experience in the IT industry with a track record of measurable results
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Solid organizational agility, collaborative & communication skills. Also possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions.
Is detailed, proactive and have strong project management skills. Able to multi-task is also critical.
Excel, Powerpoint and Presentation skills are a must.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
