KirktonPark, Hunter Valley is currently looking for a Full Time Food & Beverage Duty Manager to

join our team.

Reporting

to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be an enthusiastic and approachable person who

has a 'hands-on-approach' and the ability to coordinate the daily service

delivery across our Food & Beverage

Outlets including Locavore Restaurant, Epoche Lounge Bar, The Conservatory,

In-Room Dinning and Conference & Events

You'll

play a key role in the delivery of our superior guest service experience and will

respond to guest needs and issues as they arise. You will supervise,

direct and support the Food & Beverage teams with their daily activities,

knowledge, development and engagement across both the designated service

periods.

Qualifications

For this vital role, we’re

looking for someone who can:

  • You'll be an approachable person and have a real passion for providingconnecting and seamless service to ensure a memorable guest experience

  • Dynamic, vibrant, confidentand professional personality

  • At least 2 - 3years’ experience within a Hotel Food &Beverage or Restaurant leadership position

  • Advanced baristaskills, including coffee art capability

  • Extensive beer, wineand cocktail knowledge

  • àla carte dining experience

  • Previousexposure to managing rostering requirements

  • A working knowledge of a point of sale system such as Micros

  • A current New South Wales ResponsibleService of Alcohol qualification

  • Superior communicationskills - both written and verbal

  • Detail orientated

  • High standard of personal presentation

  • The flexibility to work on arotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays

  • You must also meet the legalrequirements to work in this country
