Join us as Support Contract Renewal Specialist and you’ll work closely with our customers to ensure the renewal quotes accurately reflect the products, version, and customer information; whilst keeping the system updated to reflect the current contract status, required attachments, and correspondence as quickly as possible. Your initiative and sound judgment will be exercised in a variety of situations, and your outstanding interpersonal skills alongside your effective communication skills will ensure your success in this role. Responsibilities include: - Ensuring all maintenance transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and quickly for monthly revenue recognition and invoicing schedule.- Contracts are reviewed, reconciled and submitted in a timely manner, ensuring contract accurately reflects customer data, sales credits, all products to be covered, correct versions, coverage dates, consolidations, etc.- Monitoring daily report to identify new/add on orders for contract/billing set-up. Ensuring billing schedules are accurate and invoicing generated in a timely manner.- Support the implementation of upgrades and testing to the various financial systems.- Handle all incoming and outgoing field questions/issues from other departments regarding customer support, hosted or SAAS contracts.Resolve issues or escalate as appropriate including: - Quote generation- Issue/question on Support contract (i.e. product, pricing, coverage dates, etc…)- Upgrade/Contract information- Reports- Customer Credit issues
Ideally, you’ll have: - Customer service experience within a technical environment.- Fluent in English.- Working knowledge of maintenance contracts a plus and experience working with service organizations.- Computer software skills preferred: Oracle and Microsoft Office.- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.Apply now!
