Description

Working in a fast paced and collaborative team of sales professionals, our Inside Sales Rep will target the SMB space selling our Workforce Ready suite of products. Products that allow our customers to combine the power of workforce management and human capital management. This role operates across a national territory. As a Inside Sales Rep, you will: - Proactively forecast, meet and exceed sales targets.- Transform leads into productive business outcomes; manage and close existing deals while cultivating, qualifying and developing new opportunities- Communicate our high value of services over the competition;- Adapt presentations to suit a particular audience; respond to objections successfully- Maximise productive time in face to face selling, phone/web interaction selling, and e-mail communication- Engage in other activities as appropriate that will help the team achieve its targets and more generally contribute to the overall success of the business.

Qualifications
