Customer Experience(CX) including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Social, CPQ, and Commerce
Human CapitalManagement (HCM) including Recruitment Cloud (Taleo) and HCM Cloud
Edge (Product LifeCycle Management, Oracle Transportation Management and eTax)
Business Analytics(BI, Data Warehouse, Big Data)
Middleware (SOA &Integration, Content Management & User Experience)
Database &Platform (DB, Options, IaaS, PaaS, Hardware Infrastructure & Systems)
You’ll assume responsibility for
selling consulting services with a specific focus on IaaS and PaaS
solutions, into our key account, large enterprise accounts and into the
Reports to theConsulting Sales Director for ANZ
Works collaborativelywith Oracle’s direct or channel sales teams, industries, support & businesssupport functions to achieve professional services bookings.
Engages in externalrelations with customers and partners
Job tasks andresponsibilities
Lead & manage consultingsales activities in your location for IaaS and PaaS opportunities
Drive the bookings forboth mainstream and new business
Perform overallpipeline management for your territory
Fulfill bookingsquota allocated to your territory
Drive the opportunitymanagement process for your clients/prospects
Drive the bidmanagement process for clients/prospects
Ensure success of eachengagement both financially and from a customer satisfaction viewpoint
Meet the allocatedbookings quota – both for mainstream and for overlayed new business
Skills and experience
Big 5, SI or ProfessionalServices or Managed/Outsourced Services sales experience essential
Proven ability to sellcloud services (PaaS, IaaS or Applications SaaS,) to customers at CxO level
Financial Services& Insurance sector experience a huge plus but not essential
Proven ability tooperate in a networked environment (matrix-model, multiple reporting/interaction-lines)
Perseverant, 'can-do'attitude (i.e. seeking multiple alternatives to 'get the job done' when theinitial approach doesn't succeed)
Problem solver who iscurious, passionate about results and highly customer focused.
Consistent record ofsuccess and career stability are important attributes
Prior experience as aconsultant before moving into sales is highly desirable
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Responsible for sales of Oracle consulting services.
Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
5-8 years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs. Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction. Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role.
