The Human Resource Coordinator collaborates with leaders and provides support for various HR processes and programs within the organization.

The HR Coordinator is responsible for :

  • Acting as first point of contact to employees in all HR matters

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Timely processing of employee life cycle changes

  • End-to-end recruitment activities

  • Assisting and leading HR projects

  • Continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Commerce or Human Resources Management

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Solid understanding of HRM practices

  • Demonstrated HR generalist experience

  • Ability to influence, coach and mentor leaders in HR related matters

  • Advanced computer skills

  • Demonstrated ability to multi task in a dynamic and fast paced environment
