If this resonates with you then this is an exciting opportunity to join our Administration Centre of Excellence (ACE).This customer-focused administration team is responsible for the provision of quality administration services to customers. The primary purpose of this role is the processing and peer review of defined transactions within the Centre of Excellence.
The Process Peer Review and Quality Assurance Administrator is responsible for providing exemplary administration services to our customers including:
Completing allocated work with a high level of accuracy and with adherence to KPI’s
Peer reviewing work of colleagues and providing with appropriate feedback, as required
Liaising with customers, onshore and offshore colleagues with professional communication skills
To succeed in this role you will have previous administration experience (including intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel), a willingness to further your career within the superannuation industry and a genuine desire to “create betters lives” for our valued customers. System knowledge of SuperB and Calibre would be highly regarded but is not essential. Most important is your ability to process allocated tasks in an efficient manner with a focus on attention to detail.
In addition, your ability to work in a team, adaptability to change and willingness to learn and be cross skilled are all critical to your success.
