In this role, you will design and execute internal & external communications, change & training plans, stakeholder management, impact analysis, & benefits realisation supporting the Procurement service delivery team.The successful candidate should be able to drive stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, learning/training, communications, organizational readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement. This includes experience in planning, designing and executing change as the means of ensuring faster adoption, utilisation, and realisation of benefits.Responsibilities

  • Act as the advisor and coach to the IBM Telstra Procurement account on transformation, management, stakeholder alignment, communications, education and development

  • Preparing and supporting stakeholders in the implementation and adoption of new business solutions (process or technology changes) within the account

  • Developing and implementing a best practice change & training that meets/exceeds contractual requirements

  • Coordinate with the functional and technical teams to develop integrated solution and project schedule - including implementation strategy, cut-over strategy, post production support strategy.

  • Act as an advisor to the IBM Procurement leadership, management, stakeholder alignment, communications, education and development

  • Update and advise the IBM leadership, management, and specialist change team on tools and job aids they can employ to deliver effective change

  • Manage, mitigate and update impact register and ensure regular impact assessments are undertaken

  • Lead the team to design, shape and deliver Business Change deliverables

  • Apply a structured methodology to deliver change management services

  • Consult and coach project teams on communications principles and messaging

  • Develop, manage and maintain a master communications plan for the project

  • Develop communications materials for a variety of mediums, using appropriate Telstra‚Äôs style, language and tone

  • Integrate change activities into the project plan

  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness through a business readiness checklist

  • Conduct a change impact assessment to understand the impact of the change and required interventions

  • Perform stakeholder analysis, including a plan to manage stakeholders through the lifecycle of the project

  • Implement and manage a method for measuring change/communications effectiveness

  • Perform training needs analysis and develop, pilot and deliver training materials

  • Participate in the definition of success metrics and monitor change progress

  • Provide peer review support to project team members where required

  • Ensuring effective handover to the business prior to project closure

  • Track and report issues, risks and project progress

  • Minimum 4 years Business transformation &/or IT project management experience

  • Good analytical and strategy skills

  • Broad knowledge of development life cycle

  • Good in-depth and all round knowledge of Telecommunication industry

  • Ability to gain confidence with the customer

  • Ability to influence at multiple levels

  • Good negotiation skills
