Job Description

The primary purpose of the Regional Sales Manager role is to:

  • Ensure satisfaction of all customers in the allotted defined region, while achieving regional sales targets.

  • Leading and motivating the regional sales team to meet agreed sales targets and profit objectives of the region.

  • To ensure budgeted annual sales objectives are met for the CDG business from the designated region.

Required Experience

Essential

  • Minimum 5 years proven successful experience in sales and marketing

  • Minimum 2 years experience leading sales teams

  • 2 years Account Manager or equivalent field based experience Desirable

  • Minimum 2 years experience in clinical laboratory

  • Salesforce (CRM)

Essential

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications ( B.Sc. or equivalent) Desirable

  • Formal qualifications in management and marketing
