The State Operations Manager oversees all aspects of the Kellogg's State Field structure in Victoria and Tasmania.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The overall aim of the role is to support the Customer Teams through leading agile, capable and solution-focused Field Sales Teams, who drive robust planning and exceptional execution to deliver our commercial targets.
As State Operations Manager VIC/TAS, you will be part of our success through:
Selecting, training and developing the best people for the Field Sales roles via our Talent Management processes
Leading and driving the performance and culture of the VIC/TAS State Field teams
Ensuring adequate resources are in place and are managed to deliver to our business needs
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed, you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Ability to work under pressure to deliver objectives in a highly competitive environment
Experience in FMCG, ideally Retail Grocery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in managing and leading a team (including those in remote locations)
Previous experience within Field Sales and/or Account Management
High level of computer literacy
- Degree qualified in a relevant field, e.g. Commerce, Business, Marketing, etc.
