We are looking for an engaged and outgoing talented designer who isfascinated by how things work and how to make them better. You’ll work with ourtechnical specialists to help them tell their stories and convey their ideasusing a variety of visual media.
Working alongside our Melbourne based Senior Graphic Designer withstrong links to our wider team, this role will give you the opportunity to growin a professional and corporate environment while being mentored. You willdevelop experience and multiple skills working on communication solutions thatspan the full spectrum of visual and interactive mediums including brandingstrategies, graphic design, web design, e-learning, photography and new mediaapplications.
Our APAC Creative Services team produces a wide variety of excitingvisual media including brochures, adverts, infographics and artwork forprojects, sales and marketing. We are always seeking to push the boundaries forboth printed and interactive publications. Every day is different and this is anexciting opportunity to amplify your skills on huge city-defining projects.

About the opportunity
Part of a professional sales and marketing team based in Melbourne
Designing and production of graphics for proposals, infographics, diagrams and maps
Develop creative brief defining skills in real-world situation
Photo retouching and stock image selection
Pre-empting issues, coordinating artwork, print and delivery
Following corporate brand guidelines for branded materials
Report to and be coached by our Melbourne SeniorGraphic Designer
Be an active team member in meetings;internal and external.
Creative in nature with the ability to translate the complex into the simple and compelling
Open to learning new skills, eg: photography and video
Personable and naturally able get along with different people
Good design skills in Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience in infographics would be an advantage
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
Be able to commence on 27 November 2017 and work through to March 2018
Have the ability to work independently and in a team to learn from another perspective
Complete your degree in 2018
Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident
