Job Responsibilities:(Description)

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Finance team based in our Mulgrave Head Office.

Reporting to the Finance, you will responsible for driving the analysis and insight from data to support business decision making and initiatives. You will provide our Leadership team with a clear understanding of actual financial performance of the business.

To be successful in this role, you will display expertise in financial reporting, business planning, financial management, business analysis and commercial management.

This role has two direct reports.

Experience, Skills, Academic

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have:-

  • Minimum four years’ financial management / management accounting experience.

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting.

  • Ability to establish and enhance reports and processes to support changing business needs.

  • Tertiary Qualification (Accounting). ACA or CPA would be highly regarded.
