ADP Time & Attendance Support Consultant in Mulgrave, Australia
The role is responsible for providing support across ADP clients regarding the resolution of product hardware, software and operating system issues via phone or remote access for all ADP supported applications or products in relation to ADP Time & Attendance products. Support the end users, including upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics to determine solutions and alternatives.
Assist implementation consultants.
Respond within agreed SLAs
Support upgrades and assist with technical problems
Act as liaison between Implementation, Client Services, Management and Corporate Support.
Experience, Skills, Academic
Proven experience with Time and Labour software solutions.
Excellent understanding of Payroll / HR Application and payroll processing methodology.
Understanding of operating systems and MS Office applications.
