The Location

The Westin Sydney is an award winning deluxe hotel set inthe heart of Sydney's fashion and finance district. Part of the redevelopmentof Sydney's historic General Post Office on Martin Place, this luxurious hotelis surrounded by Sydney's most exclusive designer shopping, best restaurants,theatres and nightlife. The Department

Within one of the largest and most sophisticated banquetingfacilities within a hotel in Sydney, your role will be to work with theBanqueting team in all areas of the banquet operation.

The Role

In this role you will be required to provide efficient,professional and friendly food and beverage service to our guests, according tohotel service standards and procedures. The Banquet Team Leader will beresponsible for assigned functions and will assist the Assistant BanquetManager and Banquet Manager in supervising and training staff to ensure maximumguest satisfaction.

The Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent personal presentation and true passionfor customer service.

Available to work a variety of shifts over aseven day rotating roster

Hold a current RSA certificate

Previous experience at a supervisory levelwithin Banquets, ideally within a five star hotel environment is highlyrecommended.
