TheOperations Manageris responsible for providing leadership to the service business in Newcastle. You will lead a team of around 30 service supervisors, technicians and engineers who are the front line of our business.

Leading and inspiring a geographically dispersed team comes naturally to you and you will be able to focus on business growth, customer delight, safe engaged employees, performance management, training and talent development. You will be able to identify the best talent for the business and understand how to retain and motivate your team. Your team will feel empowered and supported with you delivering coaching and feedback when needed.

Your customer focus will help you focus on coverage and detailed account planning. You will be able to work with sales to grow our existing customer base and will be focused on looking for new opportunities. Across the metrics you will understand how to drive customer satisfaction and retention of customers.

With a high level of financial acumen you will manage a component of the P&L and be able to understand and interpret financial information. You will be able to accurately forecast and will hold your team to account on this. Your business acumen will be highly developed and you will be able to develop a full understanding of how your business makes money.

Forward thinking you will contribute to the 3 year strategic plan and have a vision for growth for your region. Comfortable in front of the customer you will be able to build credibility and become a trusted advisor.
