Job Description

•Create detailed annual growth plans and quarterly execution plans for the account.•Recommend and implement a plan to drive profitable sell-in and sell-through growth with new / revised content or incremental marketing / merchandising placements. •Identify new business opportunities within accounts and define how to address them.•Achieve revenue, cost, and direct gross margin objectives of the account.•Develop new product launch plans and execute at key account level.•Plan and follow-up on the Business Development Fund investments.•Utilize third party tools and systems to coordinate and manage business processes with the account. •Be the voice of the key accounts in business planning and strategic initiatives.•Apply structure and standards to day-to-day account management.•Build long term relationship with the key accounts and be the first point of contact day-to-day.•Build strong relationship with the Bose account management team to ensure account programs are executed in the best way.Required Experience for the role:•Account management; experience from building long lasting relationships and managing accounts with multiple touchpoints and stakeholders, >5 y•Account management experience managing accounts of at least >$30m AUD preferably at HQ level or buying groups.•Experience in managing an online retailer strongly preferred.•Experience from digital marketing and / or similar data analytics roles strongly preferred.
