Unilever Training Coordinator in North Rocks, Australia
Main Job Purpose:
A flexible working opportunity has become available for an experienced Training Coordinator to join our state of the art, aerosols factory in North Rocks. The primary objective of the role is to identify training needs, coordinate training material and work with stakeholders to roll those out successfully throughout the North Rocks factory site.
Our site is focused at world class manufacturing and if you have experience working in a training capacity within a busy manufacturing or blue-collar environment coordinating training we would like to hear from you. This is a permanent, part time role working 2.5 days a week.
Assessing and Identifying training needs for a factory focused on world class/lean manufacturing.
Conducting skill assessment, developing learning programs, training workshops, such as compliance training, safety and quality based training.
Sourcing and leasing with contractors and suppliers to get external training coordinated.
Involvement in the Site training budget and allocating across site.
Administration, record keeping and any other ad hoc tasks as required using in-house training system.
Experience in a training capacity within FMCG or manufacturing (preferred).
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly regarded).
Ability to develop effective training materials and assessments.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
