The Honeywell RMU COE (Retrofits, Modifications and Upgrades Centre of Excellence) is looking for an individual to lead high profile RMU programs. This Program Manager will have direct responsibility for driving product developments and platform level certifications for all segments of the aircraft business, working closely with the cross functional teams, customers and partners. If you are seeking a fast paced, high visibility program working closely with our customers and partners, then this is a great opportunity for you. The person must be highly motivated, self-directed, and familiar with key avionics and connected aircraft systems, have understanding of STC or aircraft certification activities, and be results oriented.

Primary responsibilities:

•Drive program management excellence on assigned programs.

•Lead multi-cultural/global program team to achieve cost and schedule controls, business results including product certifications, aircraft certifications, and seamless entry into service on new product introductions

•Partner with customer business teams, sales, marketing & product management, law & contracts, engineering, customer support, and other representation to deliver customer and business results

•Communicate timely, accurate, and effectiveaftermarket project and program status and actions to customers & internal organizations

•Drive partnership with the Customers and el Partners to get certification of avionics

•Develop professional relationships with leadership, decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers.
