About the opportunity
Our EY Digital Health team is looking for a proven, dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic senior executive who is eager to build and lead our digital health practice in NSW:
What you will do:
- Build the EY digital health brand across both the public and private sector to become a trusted partner and advisor for digital health strategy development, execution and delivery.
Proven consulting and delivery experience in leading, defining and monitoring digital health strategies which achieve high reliability in delivering programs and projects
Demonstrated experience in the management of large, complex and business critical digital programs, projects and applications from concept, to design through to operational readiness
Ability to make sure client requirements and expectations are addressed and balanced to support the achievement of program outcomes
Demonstrated experience undertaking high level strategic negotiations, providing expert advice and resolving complex risks and issues associated with portfolio delivery
Ability to identify and define the major strategic issues and integrate diverse stakeholder interests within broader digital health agenda
Proven senior level management capability in the leadership and development of high performing, multi-discipline teams, including demonstrated success in achieving team cohesion in line with strategic direction
Advanced interpersonal, communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills incorporating the ability to liaise and consult effectively with personnel at all levels
Possess shared vision and values in line with EY’s Health Reimagined strategy
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant health service management, health informatics and healthcare digital systems and experience in Prince2, Agile and ITIL are highly desirable.
