This is an excellent opportunity for an Insurance Administrator to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits business in our new Sydney office. The operations team is undergoing significant change, which will provide an exciting environment to learn and make an impact. As an Insurance Administrator you will be responsible for providing professional operational support to all Mercer Marsh Benefits clients.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Draft Employer communications – (benefits/policy summaries) Identify premium allocation. Handle all employee policy and underwriting enquiries Process Invoice Requests / Creations (CBS system). Identify issues that may impact deadlines and make recommendations to improve processes, efficiency and delivery time. Support Account Executives with Client policy administration. Conduct analysis on policy to ensure accuracy and completeness of information on the MTrack database. Interpret and analyse policy information to complete the Annual Review process Identify and proactively manage underwriting cases throughout the entire underwriting process in line with set SLA’s administration targets and clearly defined best practices. Liaise with Clients and Insurers to build and maintain strong working relationships, and to ensure reviews are completed within SLA’s. This position will suit a switched on, detail focused individual with prior experience in group life insurance within an insurance company, consultant or broker in relation to Annual Reviews. You will naturally be a team player who understands the pressures of client facing roles and responds well to working to deadlines or under pressure.
