As a result of continued growth, EY’s Corporate Services Payroll Team wishes to hire a Payroll specialist to play a key role in implementing their growth strategy and provide a range of payroll services to their clients. Technically strong, you will have excellent client management experience and be a team player.
We are looking to hire a talented Payroll Specialist to join our team as a Senior Consultant or Manager. Working closely with our offshore team, you will provide an advisory service on payroll matters in this client facing role. In this exciting new offering, you will have the opportunity to establish, improve and implement new procedures and processes, whilst building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
Drawing on your skills and experience in Payroll, you will support and advise clients on their payroll processing, procedures and queries. This will include payroll set-up, payroll checking, reconciliation and compliance, whilst utilising our offshore team to ensure client requirements are met. Working across multiple projects and clients, you will have the opportunity to build and execute new processes.

To qualify for the role you must have
Previous experience in high volume full function payroll
Experience using a large scale ERP
Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Ideally, you’ll also have
A payroll related diploma/certificate may be advantageous, but not necessary
Prior experience in tax accounting and finance would be beneficial, but not necessary
