Raytheon Senior Human Resources Manager - Shipbuilding in Osborne, Australia

Raytheon Australia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Shipbuilding team. Based at Techport Australia's premier naval industrial hub you will be responsible for the operational delivery of the HR strategy, services and support partnering with Raytheon Senior HR Management and business leaders to deliver HR solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop implement and monitor strategic and operational business objectives as they relate to the Human Resource function and Shipbuilding capability outcomes Align people practices reflecting the shipbuilding product line's strategic direction, in line with company business plans, policies and relevant legislation Support the General Manager Shipbuilding and it's senior leadership team in the effective discharge of Human Resource responsibilities with a particular focus on Workforce Planning and Talent Management Leadership and management of the Raytheon Techport based Human Resource Team Coach support and develop managers within Shipbuilding product line by building trusted business partnerships Skills, Experience and Qualifications Qualification in Human Resource Management or related field Minimum 10 years experience including working at a leadership level, both strategically and operationally across the entire range of HR generalist functions Extensive experience in a Human Resource partnering role working in a complex organisation Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholder to achieve strategic and commercial outcomes Current knowledge, exhibiting a sound understanding of relevant legislation and practices Experience in Defence Industry (desirable) Must be able to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance.
