A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic National Field Sales Coordinator to join us in this critical role that supports Australia’s Sales team, spanning across all State Field Teams and the Corporate Office.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as National Field Sales Coordinator, you will be part of our success by building a solid foundation for a career in Sales by executing the following key tasks:
Facilitating Field Sales communication, acting as the key link between Field teams and Kellogg Corporate Office
Coordinating all Sales Team events across each State and the Corporate Office including offsite workshops, conferences, training events
Managing and maintaining all Field databases and providing monthly executive summaries on Field metrics and trends as well as providing regular updates on the field sales point system
Heading up the management of the Field Team Tool of Trade vehicle fleet, including vehicle orders, invoice management etc.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed as a National Field Sales Coordinator, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Studying towards or recently completed Business degree
Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Demonstrated relevant experience with Microsoft Office Programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
