  • Coordinate the transaction approval processes and the workflow with HR Shared Services in Manila ensuring that all

  • documents are received and processed in a timely and accurate manner, expediting where necessary

  • In liaison with HR Shared Services generate all HR documentation including contracts of employment, changes to

  • employment conditions and other HR-related documents

  • Manage the iCIMS recruitment system and assist with the recruitment process and liaison with internal and external

  • stakeholders to the point of interview

  • Maintain employee training records, source external training providers, schedule training courses for employees and

  • arrange for feedback forms to completed following course attendance

  • Formatting of all HR documents including position descriptions, letters, forms, policies and procedures etc.

  • Maintain the HRIS ensuring data integrity (Oracle) and assist with the implementation of the new global HRIS (Workday)

  • Liaise with Payroll regarding new employee paperwork and employee changes

  • Coordinate and generate pre-defined reports such as recruitment, manpower, absence and turnover in line with deadlines

  • Assist with ad-hoc duties as required

  • Relevant Degree

  • Experience in a similar role and understanding of contemporary human resources practices and employment law

  • Demonstrated ability to relate confidently to people at all levels. An ability to listen and identify key issues and to communicate complex information clearly both in writing and verbally

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse situations, identify relevant issues and draw appropriate conclusions

  • Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Strong analytical, literacy and numerical skills

  • Ability to prioritise

  • Previous experience working with Oracle, Workday, iCIMS or Cornerstone would be looked upon favourably
