Our client is looking for a tenacious and agile self-starter who is great at executing tele-sales and enablement campaigns to join our Sales Engagement Team as a Partner Accounts Manager – Inside Sales. You are passionate about helping lead and manage relationships with numerous innovative cloud partners across Australia. You are equally excited about learning and teaching. In this key role, you define the success of our client’s business growth and its partners we support.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Business Development

  • Achieve sales forecast goals for targeted partners.

  • Help partners successfully identify, navigate, and close opportunities.

  • Campaign Management

  • Customize and land campaign assets with targeted partners.

  • Diagnose blockers and apply resources to achieve sales outcomes.

  • Education and Enablement

  • Present and demonstrate the client’s platform to one-many audiences.

  • Be the face of our client at various tradeshows and related industry and channel events.

  • Partner Advocacy

  • Regularly report out timely and incisive information on campaign/sales effort and results.

  • Help develop and apply insights and learnings that continually improve business outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the business software and/or IT industry.

  • Familiarity with reseller partners, cloud business models, and emerging software channel trends.

  • Basic understanding of cloud computing technologies like Office 365 and Azure.

  • Experience building credibility and persuading customers through phone, presentation, and written interactions.

  • Ability to drive introductory and targeted discussions with decision-makers, engineers, and sales/marketing leads.

  • Ability to quickly align and pivot in identifying and applying appropriate solutions.

  • Be an agile and strong team player with strong sales, marketing, and overall communications skills (including verbal, presentation, and written).

  • Technical acumen

  • Ability to occasionally travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or advanced Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field

  • Microsoft Certifications for any enterprise software products
