The Sales Specialist will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience. The specialist will also be accountable for specific operational tasks.

This position is located in Bondi Westfields NSW

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver extraordinary and lasting experiences to every customer through personalizing Bose products and services to fit their unique needs

  • Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions

  • Model excellence in theatre show presentation, inclusive of invitation and verbatim script delivery

  • Achieve sales goals relative to store targets

  • Actively promote the Bose brand and awareness to build customer advocacy

  • Assist in the day-to-day operational responsibility of the store in order to assist in the store’s attainment of performance targets

  • Help to implement Bose visual merchandising standards and execute promotional strategies

  • Coach store peers on how to effectively delight Bose customers by offering a demonstrably unique customer experience and value proposition

  • Participate in all store trainings and certifications to continually develop in role

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Retail experience in a service-oriented store

  • Proven sales skills in a retail environment

  • Consumer electronics industry knowledge is helpful

  • Strong communications – written and verbal

  • Strong customer orientation

  • Ability to manage time wisely and adjust priorities as needed

The position will require rotational weekend work and some public holidays.
