Mastercard Loyalty Solution is a leading provider of loyalty and rewards services to financial institutions across the Asia Pacific region. Headquartered in Rozelle, Sydney, we are Australia€™s leading rewards program manager, with a growing footprint across the region into key markets such as China, Hong Kong, India, Taiwan and Japan. Our customer base includes financial institutions and merchants.

The Product Operations €“ Gift Card Warehouse team is responsible the collation and distribution of gift cards to rewards customers for 2 major credit card issuers in the Australian market as well as a number of medium to smaller issuers.

The Senior Specialist, Product Operations role in this team is to lead this team to ensure distribution of all customer orders in a timely manner (SLA Driven) and in accordance with expected quality and safety standards.

The Senior Specialist, Product Operations will work all stakeholders throughout the organisation including the corporate business units and external suppliers to achieve un-paralleled service levels.

Role

Driving overall end to end operational performance of the Card Services team.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team to implement and drive service delivery excellence.

Optimize process workflows within then team to deliver €˜best practice€™ operational performance to enhance €˜Customer Experience€™.

Develop a strong fulfillment team by promoting teamwork, commitment and customer focused environment.

Provide proactive leadership; guide, coach and mentor the team to ensure quality and quantity targets are achieved.

Co-ordinate the daily operational tasks of team members to ensure efficiency is maintained in end to end workflow.

Create a cross functional environment which adopts a proactive approach to continual learning and knowledge transfer throughout the team.

Process and track orders, communicate with other departments in order to ensure organizational obligations are maintained.

Performing quality control of orders.

Maintaining and exceeding targets and KPI€™s.

All About You

Suitable candidates will bring a working knowledge of fulfillment, logistics and support operations

Demonstrate previous experience in similar operational roles, ideally with some people management responsibility

Are familiar with National Privacy Principles

Bring a pro-active and solutions focused attitude

Sound computer literacy

An eye for detail and an appreciation for internal controls

Numeracy skills

A knowledge of National Privacy Principles
