This is a great opportunity to kick start your career as a Graduate Engineer and work on exciting projects across Australia. Our program will commence at the beginning of 2018 however students graduating mid-2017 may have the opportunity to commence earlier.
Your development as a Graduate Engineer starts with gaining experience across a range of areas before deciding on your desired path.
With guidance and mentoring from our senior engineers, your responsibilities will include completing study, design, specification and services across:
transportation systems (road, rail, airport, seaport);
bridges, infrastructure, tunnels and geotechnical design;
drainage, underground utilities, hydrology/hydraulics, water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, water resources and raw water supply, and other civil engineering works.
You will be provided the opportunity to independently evaluate and apply standard engineering procedures and develop your judgement in making minor modifications. You will also be given the chance to assist in the design of larger and more complex assignments.
To be considered for this opportunity applicants must be working towards completing an undergraduate degree by the end of 2017, and be eligible to work in Australia. All applicants will be required to provide evidence of their right to work upon application.
