As a risk assurance professional, you will be leading assessments and certification services that will directly support C-suite discussions and important business decisions regarding compliance, cost and quality of our clients’ risk management programs. Qualifications:

About You

Ideally you'll have experience with a globally/nationally recognised professional services firm or large corporations with industry experience in the following areas:

  • IT Assurance/ Audit - including the execution of evaluating and design of IT controls (e.g. application & general controls) in support of an external audit.

  • Internal audits – including the execution of audits of IT processes against leading practice IT risk and security frameworks and common standards (e.g. CoBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001/02)

  • Service Organisation Controls Reporting and agreed upon procedures reviews against standards such as ISAE/ASAE3402/ SSAE16 an advantage

To be successful you will have:

  • 3-4 years, experience in having applied relevant technical knowledge in financial statement IT General Controls audits and internal or operational audits. Also prior experience in delivering ISAE/ASAE3402/ SSAE16 and/or ERP security and controls reviews considered an advantage.

  • A structured approach to projects and documentation, and a demonstrated understanding of risk based auditing methodologies

  • Project management and relationship building capabilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills

  • Experience in leading, supervising and coaching teams across multiple engagement teams and projects

  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • A desire to develop yourself and others and a ‘have a go’ attitude

  • Ideally a relevant Bachelor's and/or Post Graduate qualification with the willingness to pursue related professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and/or CISA
