We are currently recruiting for an Administration Officer will join the Credit Operations Support Team based at Rhodes. This role will be responsible for providing reception and administration support to the Operations and Technology businesses based at Rhodes.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • EnsuringReception area is manned or available contact during business hours between 7:30am-4 pm

  • Meetand greet visitors, contractors and respond to general enquiries

  • Receive,register, sort and distribute all incoming mail and courier items.

  • Escalateissues/complaints on facilities, air-conditioning issues (external vendorsHP, vending machines, cleaners etc.)

  • Escalatesecurity issues to Fraser Property and CSIS for e.g. alarms and building securityconcerns

  • Escalatefacilities issues to CRS for e.g. repairs and maintenance

  • Arrangeaccess passes for contractors, visitors, staff visit from Park Street sitefor car park

  • Coordinateallocation of staff lockers

  • Ensuremeeting rooms and general areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the dayincluding restocking all kitchens at Rhodes on daily basis

  • Organisefridge clean on fortnightly basis

  • Assistwith staff with setting up presentation, video conference and telephoneequipment in meeting rooms and liaise with Technology to resolve anyissues

  • Assistwith Coordinate planning and set up of events at Rhodes office for e.g.Blacktown Boys mentor’s, Melbourne cup, Christmas party, consumerconnection to name a few.

  • Maintainstationery supplies; process, receive and distribute stationery orders asrequired.

  • Assistwith COB (Continuity of Business) & DOA (Denial off Access) testingincluding visiting staff queries.

·Assist with reconciliation process for all incoming mail with our vendors and escalate of issues.

·Comply with the ethical standards outlines in Citi’s Code of Conduct

·Adhere to policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative requirements.

Keyskills and experiences required:

  • Provenexperience as front desk representative

  • Proficient inEnglish ( Oral and written)

  • StrongMicrosoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Goodorganizational and multi–tasking abilities

  • CustomerServices Orientation.

Qualifications

  • Higher School Certificate or equivalent
