The Assistant Lobby Bar Manager will be responsible for supporting the Director of Food & Beverage in ensuring management of the Lobby Bar relating to associate rosters, training, service and stock control & ordering is conducted efficiently and in line with company policy.
You will be required to work closely with the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to maximise profitability with minimal cost, whilst achieving a high standard of service and maximum guest satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
Demonstrated leadership in Food & Beverage Operations is essential for consideration (Previous leadership experience in a 5 star hotel will be highly looked upon)
Proven leadership abilities are required including fostering an open and supportive environment where associates can have fun, take pride in their work and reach their potential.
Strong organisational and time management skills able to effectively solve problems.
