Manage and investigate Technology and Application incidents and provide timely incident reports to management.

  • Work with local and global Technology and Application support units to coordinate the resolution of technical and application related issues

  • Povide a weekly, quarterly and annual management report

  • Provide stakeholders an update incident report when an incident occurs

  • Review the Problem Management Procedure annually

  • Coordinate the review and approval of Application Support Documentation

  • Participate in the monthly Incident Reporting global conference calls

  • Update the Business Response Group web page with incidents and reports

  • Central point of contact for Incident Management tool “Executive Management System” (EMS)

  • Train new staff to use EMS

  • Central liaison point between global EMS support and Local EMS users

  • Manage assigned technology projects

  • Ensure the business unit maintains the ethical standards contained in the Citigroup Code of Conduct

  • Ensure the business unit adheres to firm policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative requirements


  • Technical knowledge of Infrastructure desirable.

  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

  • Web Design skills are desirable.

  • Documentation skills.

  • Project management skills desirable

  • Ability to translate technical issues into business impact.

  • Financial institution knowledge is an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Good presentation skills are an advantage

  • Good problem management skills are necessary

  • Good analytical skills are required

  • After hour’s work will be required, this includes global conference calls in the evening.

  • At least 2 years IT experience
