Our Wyndham Sydney Suites Resort is within walking distance to Hyde Park and the CBD, we are looking for front office superstars that thrive on providing exceptional customer service to join our fantastic team!
About The Role
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Guest Service Agent / Porter is the first impression for all of our guests. In this role you will be responsible for theto day operation ofthe front desk, including greeting and registering of owners and guests,assisting guests with travel and local area attraction information, completion of all departmentrelated paperwork and using all communication equipment including telephones,facsimiles and computers.You will also be responsible for valet parking, collection and delivery of guest luggage along with general cleaning duties of the front office.
You will be a customer service professional with:
Experience in a similar Hotel position will be highly regarded
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work a rotating roster including weekends,evenings and public holidays
Open Manual Driver’s License
Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum,Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageous.
