Position Summary In this role, you will be our highest level professional in-direct, partner / channel sales manager for NCR Silver. You will support our re-sellers in their customer service and sales to small, medium, or large strategic partner accounts.
Your role is to provide an environment that enables our re-sellers to succeed in the Australian market and enjoy working with NCR Silver.
You are the 'go-getter', that our re-sellers and partners look towards to 'make it happen'.
Key Responsibilities include:* * Selection and approve of referral and re-seller partners. * Relationship management of assigned channel accounts and ensuring that all account requirements are identified and met * Serve as key interface or liaison between the in-direct accounts, Inside Sales, Service and Support, Business Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing and Billing/Accounting * Be the person that can get it done for the Partners * Track the sales process through forecast submissions of assigned accounts; * Design a plan to effectively manage his/her assignment in order to maximize incoming revenue and profits, and to meet the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives * Schedule and conduct regular meetings with channel accounts to review pricing and procedures, discuss customer-specific issues, review performance/value, position new solutions and provide ongoing training
Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (eg; IT, eCommerce, software engineering) * Steady experience of attaining and exceeding sales quotas * Partner Management and Channel Sales experience * Experience in global matrix environment * Fast-paced, multi-functional skill set * Payments or POS experience desirable EEO Statement Integrated into our shared values is NCR's commitment to diversity.
