You will own and drive the ANZ operations team for management and accuracy on all Business Operations activities for Australia & New Zealand. Provide excellent standards of operation controls for the ANZ business including weekly reporting to the CGM for ANZ and providing strong leadership to the Operations team.
Key responsibilities include:
Facilitating Weekly Cadence across the ANZ Leadership Team
Prepare for and participate in weekly Business Management System meetings
Prepare and participate in quarterly AP operations review
Maintain price protection claims process for Distribution Partners
Maintain operational reporting databases
Provide operations support to the Channel Sales team in preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews for key business partners
Liaise with market intelligence firms (IDC and Gartner)
Oversee the Incentives and Commissions process in conjunction with HR
Local 'dotted-line' responsibility for the ANZ BT/IT team
Grow staff capability within ANZ Operations teams Key Requirements:
Minimum 7 years experience as Operations Leader at Executive level, preferably in the PC or similar industries
Confidence and ‘presence’ in presenting to “C Level Executives”
Accountable for delivery of accurate and insightful Operations results.
Familiarity and confidence operating in a fast paced business
Track record of strong leadership of teams
