Job Description:

The Professional Services Enablement role provides regional alignment and support for the Enablement of newly hired Consultants, Analysts, Project Managers, Client Management team, Technical Account Managers, Trainers and other employees within the Professional Services Practice to acclimate them to the NetSuite environment and product.

You will assist with the delivery of the new hire program for both experienced and graduate hires and will oversee their preparation for entry into the consulting practice. Activities include conducting workshops, coordinating instructor led training and guiding them through structured learning activities defined within the program(s).

Additionally, you will be assisting in the ongoing development of the new hire program and associated materials; including working with the training department to augment existing training materials provided by them.

You will also partner with Professional Services Vertical(s) within your region and will be given the opportunity to work within the verticals to develop and deliver best practice documentation and implementation guides for new and existing product features. Other opportunities include working with the training department to augment existing training materials.


  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of NetSuite.

  • Build strong peer relationships within the Professional Services Enablement Team to drive successful results.

  • Grow your product knowledge and training presentation skills through continuous professional development and application of learning best practices.

  • Motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned coaching, creativity and broadcast of program results.

  • Drive program and participant success; investing in the success of the team, supporting individuals as they move into the PS Consulting Practice.

  • Support implementation of Departmental and Organisational Policies and Procedures and generates regional reporting metrics. Contribute to the development adoption and use of process, methodology and tools across the practice including practice updates.


  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, preferably in enterprise ERP software implementations.

  • Previous experience with the NetSuite application is preferred.

  • Excellent understanding of ERP processes and project management principles, industry best practices and standards.

  • Previous enablement or learning and development experience preferred.

  • Strong team player with the ability to organise, prioritise, and manage internal and external responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable), organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.

  • Proactive approach and desire to launch and successfully execute new initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree or recognised equivalency or achievement of recognised professional level.

Travel: 20-40%

  • s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Has subject matter knowledge of relevant implementation responsibility. Has database, core applications and web technology knowledge. Has specific experience in implementing Oracle solutions and in systems integrations.

Job duties are varied and complex that need independent judgment. May have project lead role. A BS or BA in related fields. 5-7 year overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Willing to travel regionally with some national travel.
