Event Marketing Manager
You are a modern event marketer. You understand the importance of managing events both online and offline. You understand the importance of drive events that will contribute to the success of the demand engine as well as brand awareness. You are thorough, detailed, and experienced in complex events and you know how to strategically plan and flawlessly execute on events. You move fast. You’ll do whatever it takes to produce high quality events aligned to the brand vision and event goals.
Executive and manage all Vision Critical events across Asia Pacific (hosted events, tradeshows, workshops, webcasts online)
Plan and manage the annual Customer Summit
Research event requests to gather key criteria
Research/propose potential speakers for events and webinars
Research event promo items for consideration
Create project plans for webinars with input from the team
Collaborate on project plans for trade shows and prospect events
Create and manage projects for webinars, some prospect events, direct mail campaigns and speaking opportunities
Work some live events as directed. Some travel will be required.
Be the primary ON24 platform person for webinars.
Coordinate all logistical details of all events (e.g., shipping, securing venue, AV, etc.)
Track and manage the event dashboard in SFDC
Help analyze and improve event ROI and cost per lead
Update and optimize events pages on website
Help streamline and scale event processes
Manage and process event-related invoices
Help update trade show properties (e.g., booth and banners)
Manage and ship items for direct mail campaigns
Power user of MS Office
Experience with Salesforce.com
Experience with webinar clients such as ON24, WebEx or GoToMeeting
Familiarity with Google docs, Basecamp and marketing automation software an asset
The successful incumbent is:
Organized and detail oriented
Open to constructive feedback
Highly interested in the field of marketing
Dedicated, hard worker
Resourceful and has an ability to think on their feet
You have 4+ years in event experience
You are a B2B marketer (preferred)
Experience with marketing automation/salesforce (preferred)
