Hyatt Guest Service Officer – Front Office (Overnights) in SYDNEY, Australia

Description:
* Works closely with other Front Office personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests. * Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests. * Assists the Night Manager with the Automatic Night Audit system and the production of balanced daily results. * Meets and greets all guests and assists with registrations. * Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

Qualifications:
* Good Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office. * Ability to work unsupervised * Comfortable to work overnight hours in a full time capacity * 1 year experience in Front Office Operations and with Night Audit Experience * Preferable prerequisite knowledge of the Travel/Hotel industry * Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia * Able to commit to minimum 12 months in this role
