Hyatt Guest Services Officer – Bell Desk – Casual in SYDNEY, Australia

Description:
The main duties include meet, greet and escort guests arriving and departing the hotel, safely valet park and deliver guest vehicles, assist guests with luggage and deliveries and providing information upon guest request of the hotel, Sydney and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.

The ability to work overnights and to fulfill the demanding physical requirements of the position are essential.

Qualifications:
* Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management desirable * Basic Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, preferably some knowledge of Fidelio/Opera * 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience * Unrestricted Australian drivers license
